Migration Update : 02 December 2022
1. VETASSESS announced that the last day for 2022 Priority Processing applications to be lodged will be 1 December 2022
which is to ensure that all applications already accepted for the service can be completed before the Christmas 2022 holiday. However, VETASSESS can accept urgent requests from applicants who got an invitation from the Department of Home Affairs. The service will resume on Thursday, January 5th.
2. Migration Tasmania has opened nomination for Subclass 190 and Subclass 419 for all eligible applicants.
All candidates who meet the minimum requirements for one of these pathways can register their interest of nomination now.
3. TRA is facing a huge number of JRP applications, which causes the delay of the processing time for migration skills assessments.
The processing time for IRP registration and eligibility now can be up to 4 months.
